What Kurbi does—and does not do.
Does Kurbi collect my trash?
No. Kurbi moves eligible residential carts between agreed storage and curb locations. Your municipal or contracted hauler performs collection.
When does service start?
Service is not active until Kurbi verifies the property, confirms the schedule, completes enrollment and payment setup, and sends a start confirmation.
What if Kurbi cannot access a cart?
Kurbi documents the obstruction and notifies the subscriber. A completed trip with inaccessible carts is not automatically eligible for a credit.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The founding customer offer does not require a long-term contract.
Privacy summary: Kurbi uses submitted information to evaluate availability, contact prospective customers, plan service, maintain records, and operate the business. Kurbi does not sell personal information.
